Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes. Simply choose "in-store pick-up" during the checkout process when asked about shipping, and you may pick up your order at our downtown Auburn location when you are notified it is ready. You will not be charged any shipping fees for this transaction.Do you frame older Auburn diplomas?

Our framing process typically takes 5 to 7 business days from the time your order is processed. Every framed order is handmade at our frame shop in Auburn when you order it. Therefore, you can expect your framed item to leave our frame shop in 5 to 7 business days. Please keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, and this may possibly affect the length of time needed to ship your order. Customized orders are nonrefundable. Other orders are refundable within 14 days with a receipt. After 14 days, acceptable returns (products in like-new condition) will be given store credit.
