Shipping & Returns

  • When will my order ship?

    All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Unframed orders typically take 1 to 2 business days to ship from Auburn Art. After being crafted, framed orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Auburn Art orders are shipped throughout the Continental United States.

    When will my order arrive?

    This varies based upon where your purchase is being shipped and the shipping method used. With the UPS Ground shipping method, please see our UPS delivery map below. Weekend days are not counted in these estimates, as UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

    How can I track a shipment after it has left Auburn Art?

    After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the carrier's tracking page. If you need additional help, please contact us at auartinfo@auburnart.com or 334-887-7788 and we will be happy to assist you.

    Can I ship to a post office box?

    Framed items cannot be shipped to post office boxes, nor can larger non-framed items. Please include a physical address when purchasing framed items.

    What if I only received a portion of my order?

    If you make an order that consists of multiple items, the purchased items may be sent separately in sequence shipments. If this occurs, the second shipment usually arrives within a few days of the first shipment. If you have received an order that is incomplete, please contact us at auartinfo@auburnart.com or 334-887-7788.

    If you do not receive an email detailing the status of your order, please check your bulk or spam folder to ensure that your order email was not redirected.

    What is your return policy? Can gifts be returned?

    We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or store credit (minus shipping and handling back to you), provided the item is returned in new condition within 15 days of the date of shipment. Please keep original packing materials and contact us at auartinfo@auburnart.com or 334-887-7788 and we will be happy to assist you with return instructions.

    How are prints/posters and framed orders packaged and shipped?

    The majority of our unframed posters and art prints are shipped flat in sturdy rectangular packaging. Shipping flat is not conducive for all prints or photos (i.e. panoramic photos, prints), and these items will be shipped in a sturdy tube. All items are padded with paper packaging materials. Framed items are securely packaged in a sturdy box with bubble wrap and/or fitted inserts to prevent shaking and damage.

    What do I do if I receive a damaged order?

    Auburn Art sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience if you received a damaged order. In the event of a damaged order, please have your order number available and contact us at auartinfo@auburnart.com or 334-887-7788 and we will be happy to assist you.

    Please save the original packaging material and contact an Auburn Art representative for assistance. The Auburn Art representative will gather information concerning the damage to your order, will walk you through the return process and will request a replacement piece be shipped to you in 3 to 5 business days.
